RadNet eyes $200M debt raise for imaging expansion

The proposed incremental term loan would support acquisitions, organic expansion, health system partnerships, and general corporate purposes.

RadNet is seeking a $200M incremental term loan to support strategic growth across its outpatient imaging network and technology platforms.

The proposed 2026 incremental term loan would be arranged through an amendment to RadNet’s Third Amended and Restated First Lien Credit and Guaranty Agreement.

If completed, the new loan would be added to RadNet’s existing term loan under the current credit agreement.

The proposed loan would mature on April 18, 2031, the same maturity date as the existing term loan.

RadNet said proceeds are expected to fund future acquisitions, organic expansion initiatives, health system partnerships, and other general corporate purposes.

The company said the transaction remains subject to customary market and other conditions. RadNet expects to complete it around mid-June if the transaction is successful.

RadNet reported 435 outpatient imaging centers as of its Q1 2026 results release. The company also reported Q1 2026 total company revenue of $575.6M, up 22.1% from $471.4M in Q1 2025.

Advanced imaging volume also increased in Q1. RadNet said aggregate MRI, CT, and PET/CT procedural volumes rose 19.7% year over year, while same-center advanced imaging procedural volumes increased 8.2%.

The company also cited health system partnerships as part of its current growth strategy. In April, RadNet announced a new joint venture with Trinity Health’s Saint Alphonsus Health System involving 5 outpatient imaging centers in Boise, Idaho.

RadNet’s 2024 refinancing established an $875M senior secured first-lien term loan and a $282M senior secured revolving credit facility. That term loan also matures on April 18, 2031.
