Editorial Standards
How we report, and what we promise.
These standards describe how Radiology Signal operates. They are not aspirational — they describe what we do today.
Independence
Radiology Signal's editorial decisions are made by our editorial team alone. Advertisers, sponsors, and partners have no input into what we cover, what we say about it, or when it runs. Sponsored or paid content, where it exists, is clearly labeled as such.
Sourcing
We attribute facts to their sources. When we use anonymous sources, it is because the information is important and the source faces meaningful professional risk in being named. We describe the source's position closely enough that readers can evaluate their credibility.
Conflicts of interest
Our writers disclose financial relationships and prior employment that could be perceived to bias their coverage. Where a story touches on a company or individual we have an ongoing relationship with, we disclose it in the article.
Corrections
We correct material factual errors promptly. Corrected articles carry a visible note at the top describing what changed and when. We do not silently edit history.
To request a correction, email corrections@radiologysignal.com with the URL and the specific claim you are disputing.
AI use
Reporting, writing, and editing are done by humans. We use AI tools for research support, transcription, and copy editing, but no article is published without human authorship and editorial review.
