Premier expands teleradiology network with GLOBIS deal

The deal adds a teleradiology group that provides about 350,000 annual reads for outpatient imaging centers and orthopedic practices.

Premier Radiology Services has acquired Global Imaging Solutions, or GLOBIS, a teleradiology group that provides subspecialty imaging interpretations to outpatient imaging centers and orthopedic practices.

GLOBIS delivers about 350,000 reads annually through a network of fellowship-trained radiologists, according to the company announcement. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal expands Premier’s subspecialty teleradiology capabilities and customer base. GLOBIS CEO and co-founder Jack Considine, MD, and his team will join Premier following the transaction.

This is Premier’s 4th teleradiology acquisition in recent years. Earlier deals included NationalRad in 2024, MetisMD in 2025, and National Radiology Solutions earlier in 2026.

Premier is based in Deerfield Beach, FL, and provides subspecialty interpretation services for outpatient imaging, occupational health, orthopedic practices, and mobile imaging providers.
