LucidHealth has appointed David Grau as chief executive officer, effective May 1, 2026. Steve Corbeil, who has served as CEO since 2023, will transition to executive chairman of the board.
Grau joined the Columbus, OH-based radiology services company in 2020 as chief strategy officer. He was named chief operating officer in 2024.
Before joining LucidHealth, Grau held senior leadership roles at McKesson Specialty and Anthelio Healthcare. LucidHealth said his experience includes strategy, operations, and growth execution in physician specialty services.
As chief operating officer, Grau led operational performance initiatives and worked across technology-related efforts, according to the company. LucidHealth said those efforts involved its network of more than 300 onsite and remote radiologists.
Corbeil will remain involved in strategic oversight and governance as executive chairman. He previously served as LucidHealth’s executive chairman from late 2019 through 2020 before becoming CEO.
LucidHealth serves more than 140 healthcare facilities across Ohio, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Connecticut, according to the company.
In March, the company rebranded its teleradiology practice from LucidSolutions to Lucid Teleradiology. David West, MD, was appointed practice president of Lucid Teleradiology as part of that announcement.
