Idaho Falls site added to RTX-2358 manufacturing plan

PharmaLogic will expand production capacity for Ratio Therapeutics’ Ac-225 RTX-2358 as the FAP-targeted radiopharmaceutical moves through ATLAS clinical testing.

Ratio Therapeutics and PharmaLogic have expanded their manufacturing collaboration for Ac-225 RTX-2358, Ratio’s FAP-targeted radiopharmaceutical therapy candidate. The agreement broadens clinical supply and future commercialization-readiness work for the investigational therapy.

Under the expanded agreement, PharmaLogic will increase manufacturing capacity at its Idaho Falls therapeutics facility. The companies said the work will include process enhancements intended to support larger-scale, multidose batch production.

RTX-2358 is designed to target fibroblast activation protein-alpha, or FAP, and is labeled with actinium-225. The companies said the expanded manufacturing plan is intended to support ongoing and future clinical studies and position the program for later-stage evaluation in FAP-expressing tumors.

The therapy is being evaluated in the ATLAS trial, an open-label phase 1/2 study in patients with relapsed or refractory soft tissue sarcoma. Ratio has identified the study as NCT07156565.

ATLAS is designed to assess safety, tolerability, dosimetry, biodistribution, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of Ac-225 RTX-2358. Patient selection includes assessment of FAP expression with the Cu-64 LNTH-1363S PET imaging agent.

The trial includes an ascending administered-activity phase and an expansion phase. The phase 2 expansion portion is expected to evaluate efficacy and safety in up to 50 patients with soft tissue sarcoma, according to the companies.

PharmaLogic previously supplied the first cohort doses for ATLAS from its Bronx, NY, radiopharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The December 2025 announcement said the collaboration supported Ratio’s advancement of Ac-225 RTX-2358 into clinical testing.

Ratio announced an earlier manufacturing expansion agreement with PharmaLogic in March 2024. That agreement was intended to support development of Ratio’s FAP-targeted radiotherapeutic pipeline.
