CARPL.ai and Enlitic have partnered to support imaging AI validation through more structured and searchable imaging data, according to announcements from both companies.
Enlitic’s Ensight platform will help structure and normalize imaging datasets used in validation workflows. CARPL.ai said the integration fits within its enterprise platform for discovering, exploring, validating, deploying, and monitoring imaging AI tools.
Data fragmentation is the operational issue behind the partnership. The companies said imaging studies are often spread across systems, inconsistently labeled, and difficult to search at scale.
Validation can slow when teams cannot identify and prepare suitable exams for evaluation. The companies said the collaboration is intended to help organizations compare AI solutions before deployment.
“Data fragmentation remains a barrier to scaling AI in radiology,” said Vidur Mahajan, CEO of CARPL.ai.
CARPL.ai said its platform includes more than 250 applications from more than 95 AI partners. The company also said its platform connects with PACS systems from vendors including Agfa HealthCare, DeepHealth, Intelerad, Philips, RamSoft, and Paxera Health.
Enlitic describes its software as focused on standardizing, protecting, integrating, and analyzing medical imaging data across modalities including MRI, CT, X-rays, and ultrasound.
